I can tell you it is way better than the V2. First off the buttons are way more responsive. Also the aiming is way more accurate. The mouse is a lot heavier and larger than the V2 so it took me a minute to get used to it. Initially I thought the mouse was too wide but now I'm used to it I like it better. It is easier to have 3 fingers on the mouse than it was on the V2. So far I am impressed. The biggest negatives are the rapid fire and macros can have problems in Black Ops. When enabled they will screw you up so you need to make sure you have nothing enabled. I also wish it had a middle button instead of the scroll wheel. It is harder to knife with this than the V2. I would give this a much stronger recommendation than the V2. --Update So I've been using this more specifically in Black ops. I can tell you their recommended sensitivity isn't high enough. You need it all the way up at 10 in game and right around 3 or 4 on the controller. Also another issue with it is with kill streaks. It is nearly impossible to drive the RCXD or gunship with it. Other things I've noticed is that it works better not holding it like a traditional mouse. It works better holding it with 3 fingers on the mouse buttons with your fingers fairly curled. If you lay your fingers flat on the mouse you won't get off fast enough a lot of times.
